Taniguchien

Taniguchien is a tea producer based in Uji, Kyoto — long recognized as the heart of Japanese tea production and home to Ujicha, often counted among the “three great teas of Japan.” We carry a small selection of their teas, including gyokuro, sencha, and genmaicha, known for bold umami and a rich, brothy depth.

Tealife is an authorized retailer of Taniguchien, buying directly from the producer, and every tea is kept in refrigerated storage at our California facility.
